Fascinating and mysterious, the Ancient Silk Road across China, Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan is the adventure of a lifetime, especially as we will be seeing tombs, treasures and textiles rarely included on other tours.

We begin in bustling Shanghai then fly to Changsha and spend time with the original Lady Dai who died in 168 BCE and left an astonishing array of exquisite silk textiles, lacquer, food, musical instruments and household items. This just whets the appetite for an intriguing insight into other little-known treasures waiting to be explored...
